Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to confirm yobooking.
If booked within 14 days, a full non-refundable payment will need to be made on booking. Until this is received, the date and booking cannot be secured.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If the balance is not received, the booking and deposit will be forfeited unless agreed otherwise.
Travel and parking
Travel outside of the Melbourne metro region may incur additional charges, the Photobooth Hub team will flag this additional cost at time of booking.
For ease of access and efficient set-up, we will require suitable and close parking. The client will notify The Photobooth Hub 14 days prior to the event on where to park and access the venue. Parking and any related transport costs will be charged to the client. This is due to the nature of our equipment being heavy and fragile.
Changes and cancellations
Any changes or cancellation requests made by the client must be notified in writing via email to the Photobooth Hub staff within 30 days of the event. A change in date will be subject to availability and the completion of a new booking form.
The Photobooth Hub reserves the right to cancel any booking made and a full refund will be provided.
For any cancellation requests made by the client more than 30 days from the date of the booking, credit to the value of the deposit will be made to the client for a future event.
Set up
The Photobooth Hub team will aim to set up the photobooth within 1 hour of the agreed start time, then pack and leave within 1 hour after the agreed end time. This will not be an additional charge for the client.
The client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for the photo booth.
The space for the photo booth should be at least 3x3m wide
There is an accessible 230V powerpoint within 5m of the photo booth space.
Additional notes
The Photobooth Hub operator has the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated or disruptive.
The Photobooth Hub operator may stop the service at any time if they deem that there could be potential of damage to any of Photobooth Hub’s equipment (props, backdrop, photo booth etc.) or staff.
The client acknowledges they are liable for any damage to the Photobooth Hub’s equipment on the day of their event by the client, client’s guests or any other person in attendance at the event. Loss of income or cost to repair/replace will be charged to the client.
Although not required, the Photobooth Hub operator would greatly appreciate crew meals, if this is not possible, the client must advise The Photobooth Hub so the team can make arrangements, this may include a 30 minute - 1 hour break for the Photobooth Hub operator to buy and eat their meal.
Digital photos will be provided to the client within 4 business days of the event. They will be hosted on our digital file system for 45 days, it is the client’s responsibility to download the photos within these 45 days.
Use of imagery
The client agrees to allow the photo booth operator to use all the photos taken at the event for marketing purposes unless specified otherwise.
Indemnification
The Photobooth Hub will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control or failing to perform under the agreement, for example equipment failures, accidents, etc.
The client agrees that in all circumstances, The Photobooth Hub’s liability is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost and not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
