Free delivery, set-up and pack-down

We usually arrive an hour before the event to prepare the photo booth, backdrop, props, and make sure the camera settings are just right. This is included for free and doesn't count towards the time you booked.

Our super sleek and modern mirror photo booth is the perfect addition to any event. Featuring full touch screen controls, an ultra large monitor, LED lights and internet connectivity to get your photos immediately.

How to book a photo booth with us

  • Fill out our online form, within 48 hours one of our friendly The Photobooth Hub staff will give you a call to ask you questions about your wedding and confirm your date.

  • We will send you a booking form to lock in dates and your package. This step is crucial, it means your date is secured with us. Our event calendar fills up quickly, so be sure to contact us ASAP so we can accommodate your wedding.

  • This is the start of the exciting part. Choose from one of our beautiful backdrops and tailored photo strip templates.

  • All done! Leave the rest to us. We’ll contact your venue to organise bump in/bump out times and other details.

  • Our photo booth attendant will arrive at least 1 hour earlier to set up the booth (in a location which is arranged prior between us and your event co-ordinator) and that’s it! We’re ready to start capturing memories of you and your guests.

    Throughout the event, our attendant will help guests take pictures, suggest funny poses and hand them our premium props. When the night ends, our attendant will need 45 minutes - 1 hour to pack up and leave.

    After the event, we’ll go through all the photos, put in our professional editing skills to make them look amazing and send you the digital copies.
